It was my worst experience when I travelled through the indigo airlines.
In the check in counters they show that it is a very good airline and it will provide world class facilities but yhe actual is vise versa.
The staff is also negligance as they show no interest towards problems of the customers.
The sitting space is low as compared to other airlines and also the seats aur not very comfortable.
At the end the staff is no very punctual towards the travellers. I think they should take less charges for providing this tyoe of support.
