My first travel through flight with indigo is good. I have no complain to that.
But after that I have a big complain about punctuality. I think trains are known to be late but indigo proved that wrong. Flights are also most of the time late.
On 1st Jan 2018 , I have to come back from Hyderabad to bbsr in order to join office after 10 days of vacation. The flight was cancelled for which I couldn’t join 2nd Jan. And if they would have informed me before 4hours then I could have save the expenses spent on airport travel. Not only money but also they wasted 8
hours of mine. As I waited from 12 noon to 8pm on that day.
Although they arranged next morning flight, but what about my travel expenses and time and also one day office leave. Then should have to compensate for that.
