I am a frequent flyer with Indigo as they have maximum domestic flights operating within India.In recent past I have observed that the service quality is degrading very fast.Recently I booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Banglore via Hyderabad ( connecting flight) with a layover time of 2 hours.This was the first occasion I chose an indirect flight.After reaching Hyderabad there was no one to inform me what I should do next.I only had my hand carry but check in baggage was already shifted via cargo to the other aircraft.I was unaware of the fact that I had to go through one more round of security check.I just be seated there and waiting.Suddenly I thought I would enquire and confirm the same and when I did so I was surprised.I rushed through the security check, luckly it was less crowdy.Finally I reached at boarding gate and waited for flight.Suddenly there was a gate change announcement and we moved there. Again after 5 -10 min there was one more announcement to change the gate.Finally waited there and boarded the flight.Now I would like to bring everyones notice that I did not face much problem but many senior citizen and ladies travelling alone had suffered a lot. I would like to requst Indigo management that please dont do such frequent gate changes, if you are bound to do so please inform it loud and clear.
