I booked a ticket on Indigo Airlines and was charged twice on my credit card for a change of date transaction. I have been chasing them for the past 3 months, since March 2011 and they have not been able to give me a refund or a satisfactory answer. Each time I call their customer service, they respond with an answer that their Finance team will call back?
Anyone have ideas about how to escalate this beyond customer service / call centre? The amount involved is over Rs 5000.
