Unfriendly policies

This is my third experience with this airline. I would say that all the times it has been very inconvenient to deal with the staff of this company. Airline is recognised by its customer fiendly policies and staff where Indigo is gravely lacking in meeting the standards which are far below as offered at international level.


I had a flight from Delhi which was cancelled. I was told to contact MakeMyTrip for refund and not the airline. It took numerous phone calls to get a refund from the airline.


Recently, I had a flight from Delhi to Hyderabad which I requested to change from Hyderabad to Delhi on the same day almost 1 month before. I have been charge 750 Rs for this change request.


This is30% of the price of the original ticket. I do not understand what it takes to make changes in the system that such a high fees is charged for it. I am a frequent flyer and have decided to drop my business with this airline. This airline should understand that much more is needed in the business than low fares.
