As a businessman, I often travel to places far and wide on business trips. My first preference for traveling by air is Indigo airlines. What I like the most about Indigo is that the flight cancellations are much lower as compared to that of other airlines such as GoAir and Spicejet. They also provide discounts at different times of the year.
As the country’s largest low cost carrier airline, it offers a high quality of customer service which sadly, isn’t the case with many airlines that are operating in India. It also allows a higher baggage allowance as compared to other airlines for international destinations such as Dubai and Muscat. I haven’t faced too many changes in flight schedules till date while traveling by Indigo
