Check-in Counter -Worst check in counters in delhi I have ever seen there is lot of rush in the counters and the staff was not good with the passengers.The staff members was shouting on passengers they are not polite and they are not check- in properly sometimes they wrongly tag a bags in this condition the passenger is only one who suffers from problems.
Flight Attendants - First of all I want to say that I dont like indigo’s cabin crew they are very ugly and their way of talking is worst and they are very bad in nature may be they got frustated by thier job.I dont know that what kind of girls they select for crews.
Seating Space- Their aircrafts are small and they have lack of space between seating arrangment and lack of comfortability in the aircraft.
punctuality - So many times I have seen the flight was not on time and the staff said to the passenger same words that their was some technical problem in the aircraft.
