Indigos attitude is not to treat customer well, but just to make money for promoters.
They are not bothered about you.
Sharing a recent experience, I was allocated a seat which was already allocate to another person.
When I asked, they asked me to wait. They were not bothered to give another seat for 5-10 mins and then only I have to intervene and take another seat. Same happened with one more passenger.
Whenever I fly with Jet, I get a good feeling. Indigo is boring, just for price, sometimes I have to buy.
