Indigo airlines is horrible. The employees are not customer friendly. They dont know how to treat the customers. I had bad experience with Indigo airlines. I had booked ticket for my wife and child with debit card. the travel was from Chennai to Delhi. In the ticket it was mentioned that those who have booked the ticket with credit card should have the copy of it. whereas I had booked the ticket with debit card and hence did not provide printout of the same to my wife.
It was at 4 am in the morning she was denied providing boarding pass. Then she called over phone and I was in a jungle like location in punjab. I had requested the airlines staff, they denied. I managed with greater difficulty to take the photograph of the debit card with the webcam of my laptop and send it to the airlines staff through e- mail. However the email of the airline staff did not work at that time, finally they had provided the boarding pass. they made my wife wait for 1 hours 15 minutes during this,
I had given complaint to their customer service section and did not get any proper response from their end. They keep on arguing what they did was correct.
