I feel really sorry for choosing Indigo.! Well I am a regular air traveler and take almost 4 flights a week.
It Seems Traveling via Indigo is a very Risky preposition for regular air travelers.
Just a Word OF CAUTION for fellow air travellers before you BOOK on Indigo. In case you the miss flight you are not entitled for Refund( Old News.) but also the amount CANNOT be adjusted in any other flight of Indigo( Other Airlines allow that).
So if you are 5 min late for departure you lose all the money without any ways to use it again. Other airlines only write that but for all practical purposes gives you a option of using funds in future travels.
My Story
"I Had a harrowing experience at the Delhi airport with Indigo airlines. I was refused check in as I arrived 23 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Requested for adjustment in another flight and was refused.
I was also told that the amount stands fore fitted. So getting stuck in traffic with indigo will cost passenger a fortune? It cannot be canceled as under the 2 hours period. Simply, means we guys should avoid booking Indigo for any future travels as indigo is a inflexible airline.
I have been a regular air traveler with over 100+ flights a year but have never experienced this unprofessional and illogical behavior. Other airlines deduct a fine and readjust in some other flight or the amount is saved for future travels."
My concern is IN which other industry are the consumers fined so heavily?
Have you ever paid 100% as a fine for not availing services?
Why a consumer should take a brunt of tough cost control measure of airlines?
Better Go For a SAFER OPTION FOR OUR POCKET.!
