It is always a good experience with INDIGO.
They always have most number of check-in counters. I’ve boarded from Delhi and Bangalore. Both the airport’s have good indigo staff who are very helpful and very active.
They are always punctual and never have I got a message of my indigo flight being delayed.
The seats however are very small, there isn’t enough space to move your hands. the seats are comfortable but there’s no room to move. They also charge extra for seats with extra leg space.
They are good to travel with but not for long duration flights.
