My 2 years and 9 months child with history of accidental ingestion of corrosive substance in 17 September 2018 leading to esophageal stricture. She was on follow up elsewhere. Till date she
underwent 13 times of esophageal dilatation (10 times in AIIMS and 3 times in Fortis Gurgaon).
Gastrostomy was done in AIIMS in Feb/2019.Initially she was on
gastrostomy feeds gradually she was able to take soft diet.
However again she developed difficulty in swallowing (solids > liquids). Last esophageal dilatation was done on 08.01.2020.
