In my eleven day experience with BSR APOLLO BHILAI, the hospital truly made me understand the exact definition and jobs of a practitioner. These doctor with their perfect high degrees are the one who practices their surgery on a healthy person and makes him immobile, make him suffer just to see if their hands are finally ready to treat a real patient. The ordeal and pain that my family is undergoing and have already experienced is heart palpating that puts such honorary career to shame and disgrace.
The lust and greed for money that the management has is unacceptable. Time to time they torture the families for money, their relentless high bills they hands the patients family leaves them in destitute. Their manipulating nature is something that I oppose, not only have they made it a way to their luxurious comfort, they don’t even feel guilt when they leave the poor patients to their deathbeds.
Dr. NAVEEN SHARMA(MBBS, MS, MCs(Surgerical Oncology)is the one who is the epicentre to all our torment for past 11 days has left my healthy grandmother fighting for her life with only 20% success. She was in the hospital for a test of COLONOSCOPY which lead to a failed operation in hustle just because the doctor didn’t bother to look at her medical history. He deluded us in more than one way as he lied, cheated, befouled, and conned us. He didn’t even bother to show us the reports, transparency was shattered and when the condition dwindled he immediately stood on his defences saying she had a heart attack, which was totally not the case.
Nursing staff is equally incapable and irresponsible, they forget to give the correct dose, skip it; give a typhoid patient TB medicine leading her into ICU; drug expired medicine; and doctors fails both the kidneys of an accident patient; make a 15 year old cancer patient wait two hours for primarily care. These are some cases I witnessed happening in the so called best hospital which was awarded an EXCELLENCE award. Such shame!
I feel sorry to say but if the APOLLO FRANCHIECE doesn’t take immediate and strict action against the management, nursing staff and doctors(esp. Dr. NAVEEN SHARMA) the hospital will have to refer themselves not as a LIFELINE, but a DEATHLINE. I am disappointed and express deep despair. And if no action can be taken I recommend to shut this awful hospital branch and save a MILLION lives, from walking into their end.
