I am a retired Chief Petty Officer of Indian Navy. I was referred by ECHS to Indus Hygiya Hospital for RCT of my two teeth. I myself choose this hospital because it was very near to ECHS. When reached there, staff told me that Dr is not available today and come on some other day. I requested them that I am working person and on leave for treatment and it is not easy for me to take leave again.
On my request one female Dr attended me did some work for 10 minutes and given me next date. They kept calling me again and again and almost completed RCT of one tooth. I said Dr to be serious and try to do it fast. I want to share one most surprising fact that they are attending telephones while keeping some sharp needles in my tooth.
After so many sittings finally Dr touched my 2nd tooth and given me injection on 30th July 2017 to numb that area. Next day I found that my jaw is paining badly and I am not able to open it. I waited for 2-3 days but pain kept increasing. I called on telephone to Dr, He said come in evening and show me. When I reached there, I found that male Dr who was treating my tooth, was not there.
I was attended by a female Dr. who was talking on mobile and used her gesture to open mouth by holding lance in her left hand. I told her to keep mobile down so that I can explain her that my jaw is not opening. After checking she wrote some medicines told me to do some exercises and sent me back that you will be alright after this. Today(on 11th Aug) when I got up I found that entire area of left side was numbed. I went hospital and met a Dr present there who had attended me in first sitting. She told me today that it may take 3 to 6 months to cure my jaw properly.
I am feeling very harassed by Indus hospital. I am still in severe pain, unable to eat food properly.
It is my request to doctors of ECHS to not to refer any patient to this hospital as all staff seems learner.
