I bought my Wagon R from Indus motors and they did a good job.
I called some dealers and following are the rebates provided by them.

Popular - 14000
Khiviraj - 22349
Indus - 22000
Indus motors gave the best rebate and promised delivery of the vehicle on 2 days, Khiviraj said they atleast need 5 days. So I went with Indus.
But for one glitch. everything was smooth .
They offered to bring the vehicle for a test drive to my office, and they brought an Alto when I asked for a Wagon R. Within an hours time they brought a Wagon R it was a 2007 model with 15K miles on it. could have brought a 2008 model . But its OK!
They delivered the vehicle on time at estimated price .
I’d certainly recomend them to my friends and relatives . Ajay was my sales contact @ Indus motors.
Not sure how good Indus motor’s service team is . I’d go only for Maruti Service Masters!
