I have had a very bad experience with Indus Motors, Chennai after I booked Swift Dzire Zdi. Even though there is a waiting period for this vehicle because of the fast moving, the Sales Officer - Mr. Gopalakrishnan had given the false assurance and false hope that the car will be delivered within 10 days. Based on his commitment, I have processed my loan with HDFC Bank, Chennai and everything is made ready.
At the time of disbursement, Indus Motors is asking me to buy accessories worth Rs.30, 000/- else they will not give the delivery. I did speak to the TL – Mr. Somnath Lal /send a complaint to Maruti but no response. I am now end-up in paying pre-emi and interest for the loan. When I talked to mr. gopalakrishnan again he is asking me to cancel the booking and take the money. Maruti has huge customer base and they don’t care about the customers at all. My only sincere request is please never ever associate with Indus Motors for any car dealings. Considering the pathetic customer service, I once again reiterate please do not associate with Indus Motors. They cheat the customers while giving delivery.
