I gave my Maruti car at Medavakkam Mambakkam Indus Motors.
Bad service. I gave my car in good condition, but they informed me at afternoon the car power window suddenly not working, the motor needs replacement.
I did not agree as the power windows were working fine.
I spoke to the Workshop Manager Vimalnath.
He too said suddenly it is not working,
I didn’t know what to do? So I told them to repair it.
They said if you do not allow us to repair it then it will be given back with window fault.
I was made to spend Rs.2000 in excess.
I feel I they lied.
How can a good power window get spoiled, and they are telling me that at afternoon 2pm.
Later I found out they did not fix the car door speaker, so I informed them, it had small scratch on window glass and on body side.
