Recently I got a call from Indusind bank Cred824it card department offering me a card.The card benifits explained to me includes Bookmyshow offer where the user will get two movie tickets in the price of one.As the offer was quite lucrative I submited my documents asked by them.After all formal verification my card got approved and I received a Platinum Aura master Cred824it card via Bluedart courier within 15 days.I was quite excited after receiving the card and immediatly I tried to book a movie ticket with the offer but I was surprised that my card was not elligible for the offer they explained to me while applying for the same.I wrote a mail to premium.care@indusind.com explaining my concern but they reverted back after 10 days with almost no resolution.Now they are asking me to aishwaryasingh23 3000 as joining fees to avail the offer.I don’t know what to do now.I have no option left but to file a complain in consumer forum.
