The poorest service among all private banks. Irresponsible and unaccountable. I would not like even to visit it again as the non-courteous staff was very very disappointing.They are either nnot there at the desk or they look away if there is a customer. No one attends if a staff member is taking lunch (and that too in non-lunch hours). Isnt there a system of lunch timings to make it comfortable for all or does one have to wait for a staff person to get over with his/her lunch and a half an hour chat for a 10 minutes job. On calling up and confirming that the papers was ready, I find that they have not even bothered to see what the status was. I talked to the branch head about the kind of response I was getting from the bank and the way it was delaying the things but no relief there too. It was only a collection of a returned cheque from someone that I nedded to take from the bank, it has been a month now and the checque is still in processing. With this kind of service, I think no cutomer woudl like to visit them again.
