IndusInd Bank Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Someone has registered my email with this bank without my consent, and applied for a loan. Now I get spam from this bank. The bank did not provide any means to stop it, The bank did not provide any working email I can use to notify the bank about mistake. Those guys are incompetent and unprofessional. The email was sent from non-existing email account. All standard emails like abuse@ or support@ do not work. I’m shocked, just shocked.
