Friends please do not go for INDUSIND CREDIT BANK. This is to inform my WORST experience, that how these banks offer credit card particularly INDUSIND BANK. They chase you for a card and then withdraw them at their own convenience.
The guy from IndusInd chased me to accept their card promising me some limit and features. The guy who offered me the card requested me to accept the card and keep it even if I do not use it. THIS WAS STRANGE!
However I agreed to take the card and to my surprise I was levied with joining fee and the limit of the card was not as promised.
30th Oct’14
I called up the customer care and expressed my displeasure. They promised me a call back with in 24-48hrs with an solution.
Till 5th Nov’14
I didn’t receive any call from then and I had to call them reiterating the issue. Again I was promised a call back
Till 14th Nov’14
I didn’t receive any call from then and I had to call them reiterating the issue. Again I was promised a call back
Till 20th Nov’14
I didn’t receive any call from then and I had to call them reiterating the issue. Again I was promised a call back
Finally I called again on 22nd and was told that they couldn’t revert the fee and hence they will cancel my card.
I had to call them several times to get hold of an floor manager who repeatedly failed to call back. Finally they got my card cancelled and promised reversal of fee.
WHAT A SOLUTION!

Please People don’t get cheated by these guys. They ruin their reputation to max possible extent.
WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE!
1) I’m sure that the Card was issued after checking my credit rating and income.
2) In the first place Why did they issue me the card if they had to cancel?
3) You should have thought of all these things before issuing a card to anyone.
I have a ICICI, AXIS, SBI, HSBC and I never face any of these issues till date. I have considerable credit limit and good features from them as well and that is the reason I did not want to take any other card from any other bank.
But this kind of pathetic service is quite a disappointing. No one can judge my expense power! But good thing, I now realize why people don’t deal with smaller banks.
Good lesson learned. Beware before you deal with the IndusInd bank.
Think twice.No don’t even think to go with INDUSIND - Crap!
