I am the user of "INDUSIND BANK". I HAVE SAVING ACCOUNT WITH IT.
Here I am sharing my experience with "Indus Mobile App" , Its very slow in process, login into Mobile App will take time and sometime its time out and we are unable to login into Mobile App.
Many of its services are not working, I am trying to to " Enable net banking feature" ( avliable in setting option) its show are error ( error message - "Dear customer, we are facing some issues while processing your request please try after sometimes ") . I tried it many times from last 4-month. Still its giving same error message.
I raised request at bank branch no solution of my problem. Here I am sharing the screenshot attach with my note.
Guz go through it, its absolutely very disappointed to not use service at your fingers.
SMS banking services is very poor .
Transaction messages will received after 3-4 hours.
