Bank has the worst customer service experience. Total unprofessional
approach from application till disbursement, even Sales manager does not pick up ur calls. Issues remain unresolved for extended periods, and reaching customer support is an ordeal in itself. They don’t respond the mails. I suggest all armed forces personnel never to go to IndusInd bank, especially for loan.
