I call the Indusbank customer care no. in regarding not showing balance issue... But they have no knowledge.. I said I have two FD and a Rd.. and he very rudely said that u r lying.. u have one FD and one Rd... How is it possible... And how stupid caller u have for attending call... Your callers have no knowledge... If they have no answers of our issues or problems they put the call on hold or cut the call.... So It’s better to close the account from Indusbank... U have so poor service.. we have 3 indus accounts in our family.. we close all of them.. and share my experience with my family and friends also... Thank you for your cheap and poor service.
