Worst Customer Care and Highly incapable Staff

I hold an account with the bank since 2002 and they have the worst Customer care are very slow and replying to queries. And worst still are know for changing the status of your account based on their own decision and whims and fancies. My account is a single account and just because I have a Joint FD it does not make my account into a Joint account.


However, this same mistake has been made their staff twice and they have issued a Joint account cheque book. First time I had practically sit in their Branch and make them retrieve my file to prove that my account is a Single Account. Now they have done the same mistake again when I ordered for a new cheque book in May. Till date have not received my new cheque book.
