I am new to this bank and as such have not experinced all the services offered much but the thing that absolutely DELIGHTS me is the amazing Customer Service by the ever cheerful & sincere staff(my experience was with the Kalyan Branch). I am a normal savings account holder and true to their slogan - they actually make me feel richer. They even have amazing tie ups with Health Insurance & Life insurance Companies- & have come with Fabulous products together.
My experience so far:
I wanted to open a savings account with them but they didnt have any branch in Dombivli yet(my place). But their Customer Service Executives Offered to visit my place for account opeing- I was Happy. Then I took a Health Insurace Policy from their Cholamandalam -Tie up for my parents(sitting at my home itself!). Then again I thought of changing the proposer to my Mom(initially I had opted my Dad to be the Proposer) but thought of how I will be able to manage since I had to go to Kalyan during my office hours - which was difficult. But one call & their Customer Service Executives not only visited my place again but also at my convinient time - 8.30 pm! I was DELIGHTED.
Too good to be true, I dont believe a banker could offer such a delightful experince wherein I dont even belong to their rich executive class of customers. Truly I feel delighted. The fact some branches even operate 365 days is another feather in their cap of wonderful services. This bank definitely is the best among all though it is still in the Growing Stage. But it knows the secret of success: Sincere & Delightful Customer Experience.
