Dear friends I want to share my views on the services of indus bank which is very poor. I will explain my views with proof and details. The attitude of the staff is arogant and not helpful. I personally visited the bank situated at sec 70, mohali for depositing fee of my friends daughter via check. They return me back by saying that pan number is compulsory. I could not understand why they demand even mode of payment was only cheque. On next day they accepted the same without pan p and issued a low quality of slip. The copy of the same is attached with my review. They did not accept the fee challan and also cuted by pen and returned back to me. Copy of the sane is attached herewith.
Their online service are very complicated and few ATMs are available in the city. Their dd charges are very high. Zero balance facilities for opening accou t is not available. They only provide the best services to those people/institute/orgnisation who deposit the heavy amount in this bank. There is no space for poor and normal people.
I am not writing this view for money. I want to explain only that I am harashed by this bank.
