Friends, Myself Pramod kumar. Today I would like to explain my journey with this card till now. I am using Indusind Bank credit card since more than one & half years.
I have Indusind Aura card having limit of Rs 80000/- with statement date of 3rd generation & 23rd Payment date as well. Last four digits of the cards are ending with 2007. I am fond of purchasing mobiles / electronic items, so usually I go with this card for purchasing the same.
Currently I bought a new Refrigerator worth Rs 20000/-. converted the EMI’s in to 6 easy installments. EMIS amount was Rs 3666/- per month.+299/- one time processing fee with GST rates. But they was charging extra charges despite that conversation over phones with their customer care executives. I complained for this with their supporting staffs but no result at last. I am paying as I am compelled for this to pay, otherwise many other types of charges will be levied on the cards which might effect my CIBIL also. But I am very much irretated.
Not many more ATM’s facility. Available at major selected locations.
Time consuming Internet Banking.
Extra Charges+ Higher ROI’s
will not recommend to all .
