Bank does not care for their customer

I have a current account for my company with this bank for several years now.


And off late their service has deteriorated terribly.


Coming straight to the point and not going back to the small instances when their service was equally terrible.


We are an IT company and require to do urgent WireTransfers.


This bank(Kalyani Nagar Branch) goofed up our Wire Transfer, this inspite of them confirming that it was processed successfully.


To top that - they did not use the funds from our EEFC account and debited the account directly using the INR account.


This obviously resulted in a lose - because 1)$ value changed and I had to pay more 2) EEFC funds had to be credited and converted to INR - again losing in forex.


I have raised a complaint asking for a reason. Surprise! Suprise! No response yet.


Complaint has been opened on 17th February 2017 and also raised to their Nodal officer.


It is over 2-3 weeks and NOBODY has yet given an explaination.


Guess they do not care for their customer and nor their customer business.
