IndusInd Bank Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Totally worst service, i wont advise anyone should have indusind bank account.
A account closure took 60+ days…. And thanks to their outstanding services.. their staff kept giving fake promises and i had to visit the bank every week or 3rd day to get the update on my query.
Staff stopped answering my query … and there i no escalation matrix is being followed in this bank
