No Manual return policy,
Send email, and we have to be at their mercy of them, that if they accept, they will return or may be not.
Also lot of time is wasted,
1st the delivery is late, now even if they pick up and send a new goods, what about our current requirement?
We purchased as we needed it currently, better to purchase locally at higher rates than getting this time killing harassment.
Ours is a company, a time waste in all this is a direct man hours lost to us.
Who will compensate that?
When their is no question asked return policy sellers or website becomes reluctant and send what ever they want, they don’t have fear that customer will return for the slightest mistake, and both way courier charges will be levied on us.
Don’t trust such companies for big items, if required only go for small small items only, pay little higher on other website but be free from all such conflicts.
Just check the return policy properly of every sight and big orders trust established vendors only.
