I ordered for a pair of safety shoes from this website in end Oct. As I didn’t have confidence in them, I ordered on COD. Initially the delivery was delayed by Fedex for no reason and later on it was held up due to demonetization on 8th November. After many followups and assurance that I would pay them in new currency, it was delivered on Friday 18th Nov.
When opened the parcel, I could find that the packaging was all damaged. I felt that they have send me old shoes, but thankfully it was brand new. When I checked the size I found that they have send No. 9 size in the box for No. 8. I immediately raised the complaint for replacement, but have not receive any response from them till now.
In short, avoid buying items from such unprofessional merchants. Everyone in not like Amazon or Flipkart.
