POST COVID PANDEMIC.THIS COMPANY ISNT LIKE BEFORE AND IS CHEATING ITS CUSTOMERS BUY CANCELLING PREPAID ORDERS AND NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY BACK. I HAD ORDERED order id 107619386 on 17jun Bata Industrials PVC Gumboot Safety Shoes Steel Toe Rhino (802-6224) Size 10 through prepaid order which they cancelled when i escalated them to dispatch it as it was over due they instead cancelled it without informing and later even did not respond to my call emails and phones. To save themselves they just raised a refund reciept internally but did not actually credited my account despite checking several times. Checked with the bank even but hadn’t been done so. I buy from other sites to but till date this is the first that ever a company has cheated me like this. In the past i got several refunds successfully incase order were not fulfilled or cancelled by any online shopping company but now the company is using cheap way of making fast money by cheating it’s own customer. This will only bring bad name for the company and its a start of its downfall.. really unexpected. and shocked that none of the responsible person from the company has ever come forward to resolve the issue.Disgusting.Just don’t use them Its better anytime to use trusted sites like Amazon
