I placed an order but after almost 10 days, no progress in order status and getting message status as under Procurement by website’s chat. Customer Care is pathetic.
My understating is that it’s fraud eCommerce site and making people fool. Never place any order with them. Even it says, will take two week to refund in case of cancel order. suggest to you please never do prepayment .
These kinda online sellers make customers loose their trust. If anyone suggest me, I could take them under judicial.
