I was looking for a plastic cup making machine , however when I enquired through email around 6 o clock, I got a call around 7.40pm the same day and tgebperson who was adressing me was in a hurry to go home despite stating to show me the clear picture weather the machine is available or not , I got a respinse stating will send you a email in the morning are this signs of a proper customer service? .
Next around 12 I recieved a quatation in my mail about the machine I asked for video links , they shared me a few video links , and I found they have send me video of plastic sealer machine and when I called and stated that I have recieved wrong product link they told me they were stating about this machine only.Firstly if I would have purchased it , there will be nobreturn policy unless defective and lastly it would be waste of my money
