I have ordered GoodYear Eagle F1 205/55 R16 tyres(Set of 4) from Industry Buying website on 11th September 2019. Till today(3rd October 2019) I was in contact with support people of Industry Buying and they were promising that, they will ship the product as soon as possible. However, today(3rd October 2019) evening I got a call from support team telling, the product is not available with any of their vendors.! What this mean.? I was waiting for the product from nearly 1 month and at last these people are telling the product is not available.
This is really not acceptable and I will raise this complaint to the concern department and I request each one of you to NOT TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS from IndustryBuying.com .
Even if the product is not available from 1 month, the website still shows it is available, you can check the attached pictures. These people are playing with customer.
