I ordered a office chair for rs. 5932/-. They were delaying in the delivery so I cancelled my order. I even talked to Swati the founder of the company . Got good response from her . Even the call centre was helpful. They returned my full money in 3 days . I think they are no that bad. I don’t know about their product as I cancelled my order .I agree that their rates are mist competitive do they take time in procuring the order and delivery far form Delhi takes time so the delivery time should be properly managed.
