A bad experience with INFANT JESUS bus service...
My wife travelled from Chennai to tirunelvelli on 13th Sep 2013 in 6.30PM bus from Perungalathur seat number 6, Seat was booked in the name of Sudha offset Tirunelvelli, When my wife boarded the bus I asked the driver what time will the bus reach tirunelvelli as a lady is travelling, Bus driver abused me in front of all the passengers I warned him not to use it again but he kept on using it so I got down from the bus & called to Reservation queries MR. Prabakar -9444042699 & came to know that he is the in charge of the transport Chennai.
He apologized for the problem which has happened Then I informed to Tirunelvelli office where Mr. Agustin 9840013143 in charge of the transport Tirunelvelli, They both said they will warn the driver & make sure this does not happen again, Again on 15th September MR. Prabakar called me & informed that he has warned the driver & again asked for sorry, At the same time when I was talking to MR. Prabakar, Driver : Mr. Muthu kumar with 7 guys came to our car show room where my Brother Jaianandh was taking care of the business & tried to kill him… By gods grace my brother escaped from death and is been hospitalized now.
After this incident happened both MR. Prabakar & Agustin says that this is a problem with driver and me so they can’t help .. Until this attempt to murder happened bus in chargers where asking sorry for the incident but once it happened every one says this is a problem with the driver & passenger so they cant help it.
Is this a way you guys run a travels ? If so I request all the passengers not to go by INFANT JESUS bus as it is not yet all safe. What is the procedure to take it forward ? Just for asking what time will the bus reach Tirunelvelli, the INFANT JESUS bus driver tried to kill him my brother. So these people have enquired our full bio data & only then they made the attempt to murder.. If any one have a solution plz suggest.
