Last year, mid-July, I used their service to transfer some goods from Bangalore to Trivandrum. I had a terrible experience. It was promised that it would be delivered in a few days, but it came in two weeks late. I had one small bag missing and a few things taken off from my suitcase. I am not saying that this was taken by the movers themselves, it may have gone during the transportation.
On top of that, Rohit would not pick up my call after the promised date. Terrible service, use at your own risk. Of course, the service is cheaper than the other providers. The anxiety is definitely not worth it.
I’ve noticed some good reviews but I will surely tell you this, they offer really bad service for kerala.
