Inferno, Intellect at its best

Tom Hanks returns as the Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon, the central character from the Dan Brown novel series in Ron Howard’s movie, Inferno. At the very beginning, Langdon awakens in an Italian hospital room without any idea of whom he is or where he has come from. Profusely sweating and in a state of shock he begins to have painful headaches and troubling images flare through his mind. The images are devilish and hellish visions, great VFX and cinematography! And within moments, enters the emergency room doctor, Sienna Brooks(another brilliant actor, Felicity Jones). Next, we get to see that, both are on the run after they get attacked by a lady assassin. On the other side, before sinking to his death, a Dante-obsessed billionaire Bertrand Zobrist(Ben Foster) had given a warning that overpopulation would sharply lead to the destruction of mankind, and said that the only solution to that would be to kill countless millions with a technologically advanced disease. Caught in the maze of symbology, drones, chasing of cops and assassins alike, Robert Langdon and Sienna Brooks are on their way to save the world. Irrfan Khan as, the Provost, is simply brilliant. From the very beginning, the movie has a constant pace that keeps the viewers glued to their seat till the end. Great movie to watch.
