I recently placed an order for 5 Laptop Bags from the Infibeam.Order no: 15536238.Within a span of 15 days, the stitches have worn out. I am highly disappointed with the quality of deliverables. I have been constantly chasing your team via calls & mails. However, the response has been highly pathetic. Inspite of continuously readdressing my issue, I haven’t heard a reply from your end. Its been 9 days now. As per your policy, the return time of any product is 72 hours.
However, anybody with sense would realize that within 3 days you cant judge the durability of a bag.If this is the response I am suppose to receive, I would suggest you to blacklist your e-commerce crappy venture. And yes Guys, word of mouth marketing is still the most efficient way to degrade the mindsets of Indian consumers. So yeah, if this makes any impact, kindly replace the product.
