Defective set sent

I purchased SPICE MI 280 from infibeam. The set received was defective one and my repeated request for replacement was turned down by infibeam. Instead I was asked by them to contact the service center myself. since then I running to the service station for getting my set repaired. Now the service center told me that it would be sent to the company for repairs. I purchased the set and till date I am unable to use it. Henceforth before purchasing from infibeam please think twice.
