No customer satisfaction, feels like cheated

I confirmed 2 times with the customer representative that I wanted a laptop in urgent, she said that you place an order first and then you will get it within 3 days.


There was no cash on delivery option, so I had to order it. Although the price they offered was good, but even after the customer representative confirming from her manager that it would be available ( I had even offered to collect it myself from the warehouse, didn’t even require home delivery, that is how urgently I need a laptop), but it has been 10 days, and still, I haven’t received a satisfactory response. Feels that after paying, they hold you up, before that, all sweet talks.


I expected a company of such high repute to give customer satisfaction so they buy again and recommend to others. I still have today left, as I have deadlines too, and if they can understand, they can contact me today too. My order id is - 10425494. Hope to be a satisfied customer.
