Lost Credibility, No Accountability

I used to be a regular customer of Infibeam. It was good, nice service, on time delivery of products and good follow up from CC.


With my latest product buy (14th Feb a flower set), everything went haywire. The product never came in, what came in wasn’t something I ordered (it missed out everything). Flowers were almost dying, and the worst part, after complaining as to what happened to my other shipment.


I got a mail saying "we are looking into it and checking with the vendor." Till date, it is the same reply. Come on guys, 2 months and still you don’t know what happened with the other product. It was supposed to be delivered for 14th Feb’2013, and now we’ll soon be reaching 14th April’2013.


I hope, they don’t meant 14th Feb’2014. Whatever, it’s lost all the charm. Will never visit that site anymore - given up on them.
