Poorest service, Slow work,NEVER BUY FROM INFIBEAM

I order a LG LED TV from Infibeam.com website. It was cost me approx 25K.


This product was suppose to be gifted to my wife as a wedding anniversary gift. My first frustration was the order was not reaching on time they define on their OWN website. They said that they dont have Vehicle to send TV to my home.


We waited 5 more days to get TV couriered to my home. We were exited to see our new TV. I bought it to watch World cup matches. I am a big fan of cricket.


The original order was posted on 18th Feb and the courier was deliver me on 2nd of March. Count the days and tell me Is any online shopping website taking this much of time to deliver a product? Well, it may be the special case and therefore I forgive them for their So called FAST service to send me TV.


We open a pack and guess what, TV was broken. Quality was not upto the mark. Right upper corner was totally broken. They ask me to send a photograph. I emailed immediately. After that There is no process for 7 days. They didn’t call me back, and not a single email to me. We thought they are sending courier guy may be today, or tomorrow. Finally, I called them on 7th day.


Surprise, They told me that it was courier guys fault and they are doing refund procedures. Now, If a dispute between a Courier or a Infibeam customer has to suffer thats their Bottom tag line. I ask their address and we have office in same city - Ahmedabad. I meet them personally and request them to check what is the status. They give us good promisses that they will ask some one to pick up TV as soon as possible. Its been the 6th day of their promiss to pickup courier, No one came to my home to pick up the courier and replace it.


What I ask them earlier was to pickup a courier and generate a replacement immidiatly so I have new Tv atleast in a week. But they said, its not under their procedure. I understand big organization has to run by their rules not customer’s term. But they might not going to learn that there is nothing better then the customer service.


I read a beautiful line in their office.


"Good customer will share their opinion with 5 more people, and bad customer will share with 10". Because you taught  me this, I am writing this review.


I dont know weather my money will be reward back or not, I am not sure when the courier guy is going to pickup TV back. I ask them to give me refund my amount in my account but they says Once the Item will be picked up, it will reach to their wearhouse and they will run a QA and send confiramtion, then and then only they will able to generate payment back.


If you want to go through this procedures, Buy from Infibeam, Its a fantastic organization without doubt. Otherwise what other online companies are doing is a rubbish thing. It was said by their supervisor only.

Finally, Our problem got solved after a month and spending too much on communication, We also visit their office. we just received our money back after a month and we return that prooduct. The process of getting money back was so poor, we continuously call them to make sure that we are not loosing our money. I can write more about the return process, and you will have tears in your eyes. Therefore, As you read this review and consider this as a very genuine, I am not writing more.
