I have ordered a mobile phone order no. 8718631 . on 18th march . and as per infibeam the product was to be shipped within 24 hours(as seen here >> https://infibeam.com/Mobiles/i-Motorola-Defy-Plus-Android-SmartPhone/P-E-M-Motorola-Defy-Plus.html?id=Black)
but as the bill was generated after the order . I got my fist surprise with the shipment date changing to 21 march(i.e 3 days from the date of purchase).
Still I was fine with it.
But after 3 days when I didnt received any shipment details. I called the customer service of infibeam and asked them about the product delivery. I was told that they need my id’s for verification and my bank transaction statement . which I was never asked on any other website for a netbanking transaction.
but still I gave it to them on 20 march and thought that the product will be shipped by 21 march.
But the product was still not shipped. I called them again and I was told that they are still uncertain about the shipping date and cant commit me any date. This is utter unprofessional from infibeam.
1.) shipping date on product page is 24 hrs and after the order it changes to 3 days.
2, )still after 3 days the product is still not shipped.
3.) They never mention anywhere on there website that payment via netbanking requires verification of id’s etc. No transparency of transaction procedure.
4.) unprofessional attitude when asked for a commitment of shipping date.

i called the customer service again today 4:37 pm. and asked when will be my product shipped . I was told that they don’t know what the problem is and said it will take 2-3 days "TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE PRODUCT IS NOT SHIPPED". This is the limit guys. are you really selling goods online or joking? I mean whats the problem?. you ask for id proof which I gave on 20th march . You take the money and do not deliver the product . and when I ask whats the real problem . you people say " WE HAVE NO IDEA" .
Do you have any answer? Please have the courtesy to reply to my questions.
