I ordered a thumb drive to gift to my friend on his b’day. I mentioned b’day delivery as delivery date. but it was delivered 5 days before the date I mentioned. I had instructed to wrap it with gift wrapper. And the instructions I mentioned for delivery has been attached with the item and sent to the recipient. That’s so embarrassing!!
It was fine, even if the instructions were not followed but printing the instructions and sending along with item is utmost stupidity and shows very bad service.
I logged a complaint on website and received no response yet.
Good part is variety of items are available but they shud improve customer service and shall provide proper information.
