I had ordered a new white BB 8520. They send me an old one, which we can make out from its color itself. Actually it should be in bright white color, But they sent me an yellowish, which looks exactly like a old one. So to confirm I went ot retailers like "Univercell" and all. They told me like ’IMEI number is matching as per box. But that phone is an old one, for sure’. For your reference I attached screenshot also.
I raised customer complaint on this on same website. But they closed the complaint like their technical team has confirmed that its a white and new phone they dispatched to me. But I wonder how could they make out, without seeing the condition of the one I received.
So I recommend every one to avoid doing a purchase from this website
