I purchased at least 4-5 products(many are high value - some are even around Rs10, 000+). I was satisfied till I ordered an Onida DVD. They did not deliver the product and I had to follow-up(at least 10 times) to get an understanding about the situation. I found out they are running out of stock. On my request(I had no other option) they cancelled the order. However, I did not get on-time refund on my credit card. Customer service rehearsed their routine script every time I called them. They did not respond to my mail and they suggested me to talk to credit card company(how can I do that if I do not get any reply from them). It got resolved when I have posted comment on MouthShut. Infibeam should publish an escalation chart in their website.
