Hello friends, a sex months back when I first ordered book from infibeam.com. the service was upto the mark.really the service was not soo good .their competitive pricing.i think these guys more or less started the price war that has now become the norm in the books space online.for book worms like my self, its a win-win situation. all is not perfect with them. I have tried infibeam a couple of times and must say its not at all a good option . their delivery service service is very bad. the quote free shipping in india under the book . when we actually go to check out page.an extra cost of ruppes 20 to 30 is addeb to each book as shipping cost even though we are checking out as one item.its app is worst.coustomer service is not soo good. delivery time is soo bed.product quality not good.
